What is the RESP grant payment date?
Federal grants are paid at the end of the month following the month
of contribution. For example, if you make a contribution in June, the
grant will be paid into your RESP account at the end of July.
Quebec grants (if applicable) are paid in May of the following year. No other provinces pay extra contributions.
Please note that the government will rely on your latest available income information to determine if you are eligible for additional grants. The Quebec subsidy corresponds to the net contributions paid. For more information on that matter, visit the Revenu Québec website.
